Where do your coffees come from?
Our first collection, GERAIS, comes entirely from Minas Gerais, Brazil — regions such as the Cerrado Mineiro, Sul de Minas, Mantiqueira de Minas and Matas de Minas.
Where are the coffees roasted?
All our coffees are roasted in the Netherlands, in small batches, to highlight the character of each lot.
Whole bean or ground?
Our coffees are sold as whole beans in 250 g pouches. For the best cup, grind just before brewing.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep the pouch tightly closed, away from light, heat and moisture. Enjoy within a few weeks of opening for the freshest flavour.
Which brewing method should I choose?
Each product page includes suggestions for filter, espresso and French press, so you can find your preferred expression.
